This item allow players to trade golden account ingame, which make it possible for anyone to become golden account.

This item allow players to trade shop points ingame, which make it possible for anyone to use extra services on website that's only available on website.

name change
This is a web service that allows you to change the name of your character.
Once you've changed the name, your character name will automatically change when you're being logged off.
Your old name will be locked and can't be used by anyone for a period of time.

gender change
With this item, you can switch your characters gender.

world transfer
This is a web service that allows you to change your characters world instantly.
To be able to transfer a character, it cannot be in a guild and neither can it own a house.
Additionally you cannot transfer to a world that has more loose PVP rules than your current world.
You can also transfer from hardcore worlds to normal worlds but you can't transfer from normal worlds to hardcore worlds.
A character is transfered with all it belongings such as items, depot, quest and spell statuses and everything else that is within that character.
A world transfer is instant, and when you have accepted the transfer, your character will be located in the new world of your choice.
Additionally You can only use this option on characters that haven't transfered the last 7 days!

express world transfer
This is same as "world transfer" with exception it can only be used on characters that have transfered the last 7 days.
