Fixed a problem in events there players under certain situation would be given higher speed than they should have after leaving the event.

Made a permanent fix for the event glitch of decaying items not decaying correctly.

Updated found guild to allow name to have max 4 words in the name (prev 3), also updated to give better errors why name failed in case limits where broken.

Fixed issue at guild pages there ranks only joined up 2 by 2 instead of all of same rank-name within one.
