Admin isn't ignoring anyone on purpose

People tend to believe admin is ignoring them just because they might not get a reply.
This is not true.
Keep in mind, an admin of any community has a lot on their plate, and majority would love to chat with them for various reasons.
Some want to chat just for the fun of it, some want to send reports or suggestions, feedback while others want to complain and criticize decisions.
As for me (Marcus), more people than you can imagine tries to private-message me at all times.
Every morning I spend the first minutes closing PMs so I can clear up my menu to get to work.
I simply do not have time to read nor reply people PMing me, if I did that would be all I'd ever do.
If anyone needs admin, they need to seek it out in public channels and be clear what it's about.
If I find it necessary, I will start PMing them.
Even the staff of RetroCores can't PM me, they have to seek me out first on staff discord to get my attention so PMs can if necessary, be started at that point.
